Two-and-a-Half Year Old Program

The two-and-a-half-year-old program is offered 2 days a week on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 – 11:20 a.m. with the option to elect a third day, Friday, 9:00 – 11:20 a.m. The core curriculum for this program is presented through an inter-disciplinary approach based on Unit Theme Development, interfaced with the Connecticut Pre-School Frameworks, and age appropriate developmental State Benchmarks. The central themes are introduced and enhanced through experiences in creative multi-media art, music and movement, language and literature, science and discovery, mathematics, dramatic play, fine and gross motor skills development and readiness.
