Our children and youth choirs offer young people the opportunity to build relationships with each other in a caring Christian community by coming together in fellowship on a weekly basis. The young people's choir program at the Church is grade- and age-appropriate. At each level, biblical and theological concepts are taught in a supportive, non-threatening environment where each participant is valued for uniqueness in voice, personality, and musicianship.

The Cherub Choir is for 4-, 5-, and 6-year-olds.  The children in the Cherub Choir experience music by singing, moving, and playing instruments.  The Cherubs sing several times a year in worship service, but the emphasis in this choir is not on performance.

The Joyful Noise Choir is for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders.  In this choir, the children continue to learn through play, singing, and movement while, at the same time, learning more about reading music and using their singing voices well.  They sing rounds and ostinato patterns in preparation for two-part singing.  This choir sings in worship service several times during the year and in the Spring Musical.

The Junior Choir is for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders.  As the culmination of the Children's Choir program, this choir is the performing choir.  Children's voices at this age have a uniquely beautiful quality.  This choir sings in church, in the Spring Musical, and off campus.  The children continue to learn more about vocal production, reading music, and singing in two parts.

The Youth Choir is for 6th through 12th graders.  As the primary choir for the youth program, this choir is a performing choir.  The excitement and energy offered by this group combine to make choir an effective training ground for future worship leaders.  This choir sings in church several times a year and participates in the Spring Musical and off-campus concerts.  A complete musical education is offered through regular music theory lessons, as well as voice class and private voice study.
