Dear Nursery School Family,
Welcome back from Winter Break! As mother nature continues to remind us that winter is not over just yet, the staff and I are pleased to continue to roll-out a curriculum of exciting programs for our children.
Themasaurus is ongoing in the four year old classrooms; we just enjoyed Pancakes in our Pajamas for “P Week”. Handwriting Without Tears was introduced in the month of February. Everyday Math and Discovering Science programs are ongoing as we enhance daily curriculum with such innovative enrichment offerings as: Discovering Ancient Egypt, A Healthy Journey-Introductory Yoga and Creating Healthy Snacks, and A Taste of Italy.
Please mark your calendars for great upcoming events that include: Family Skate, Bring Your Old Baby Gear (BYOBG) and our annual Spring Social. This year the Spring Social will be a fundraiser to benefit the reconstruction of our extensive playground.
Soon the chill of winter will give way to warmer days and spring flowers. The staff and I are filled with energy and excitement for the many new and creative adventures we will share with our children.
